Fla. Admin. Code Ann. R. 59G-4.197 - Medical Foster Care Services

(1) This rule applies to all providers rendering Florida Medicaid medical foster care services to recipients.
(2) All providers must be in compliance with the provisions of the Florida Medicaid Medical Foster Care Services Coverage Policy, December 2019, incorporated by reference.
