Fla. Admin. Code Ann. R. 59G-4.222 - Pain Management Services

(1) This rule applies to any person or entity prescribing or reviewing a request for pain management services and to all providers of pain management services who are enrolled in or registered with the Florida Medicaid program.

(2) All persons or entities described in subsection (1), must be in compliance with the provisions of the Florida Medicaid Pain Management Services Coverage Policy, June 2016, incorporated by reference.
