Fla. Admin. Code Ann. R. 59G-4.295 - Therapeutic Group Care Services

(1) This rule applies to all providers rendering Florida Medicaid therapeutic group care services to recipients.
(2) All providers must be in compliance with the provisions of the Florida Medicaid Therapeutic Group Care Services Coverage Policy, July 2017, incorporated by reference.
