Fla. Admin. Code Ann. R. 59G-4.360 - Transplant Services

(1) This rule applies to all providers rendering Florida Medicaid transplant services.
(2) All providers must be in compliance with the provisions of the Florida Medicaid Transplant Services Coverage Policy, May 2019, incorporated by reference.
