Fla. Admin. Code Ann. R. 59G-4.370 - Behavioral Health Intervention Services

(1) This rule applies to all providers rendering Florida Medicaid behavioral health intervention services to recipients.
(2) All providers must be in compliance with the provisions of the Florida Medicaid Behavioral Health Intervention Services Coverage Policy, November 2019, incorporated by reference.
