Fla. Admin. Code Ann. R. 5A-17.002 - Acknowledgment Requirements
In addition to the requirements of Section 163.3163, F.S., the following shall apply:
(1) The applicant shall
be responsible for recording the required acknowledgement pursuant to the
Act.
(2) If an acknowledgement
required by the Act was previously recorded, that includes the applicant's
property, a subsequent acknowledgement is not required and the requirements of
the Act are satisfied.
