Fla. Admin. Code Ann. R. 5B-55.005 - Infested and Regulated Areas
(1)
Infested areas. The following states, in which dogwood anthracnose is known to
be established, shall be known as infested areas.
(a) Alabama.
(b) Connecticut.
(c) Delaware.
(d) Georgia.
(e) Idaho.
(f) Maryland.
(g) Massachusetts.
(h) New Jersey.
(i) New York.
(j) North Carolina.
(k) Oregon.
(l) Pennsylvania.
(m) South Carolina.
(n) Tennessee.
(o) Virginia.
(p) Washington.
(q) West Virginia.
(r) Any other state, territory or country
where dogwood anthracnose as defined herein is determined to be
established.
(2)
Regulated areas. Areas in which it is deemed necessary to regulate because of
their proximity to an infestation of the dogwood anthracnose defined herein, or
because of their inseparability for quarantine enforcement purposes from
infested areas, or because there is an absence of interstate regulations
regarding dogwood anthracnose.
