Fla. Admin. Code Ann. R. 5J-25.001 - Bond and/or Certificate of Deposit Required; Agricultural Products
(1) No dealer shall be required to furnish a
bond and/or certificate of deposit in an amount greater than one hundred
thousand dollars ($100, 000).
(2)
The maximum amount of bond and/or certificate of deposit required of a dealer
shall be no prohibition to a dealer furnishing a bond and/or certificate of
deposit in an amount greater than the maximum required.
(3) A separate bond and/or certificate of
deposit shall be required to cover each one-year license
period.
