Fla. Admin. Code Ann. R. 61B-50.130 - Stenographic Record and Transcript
(1)
Any party wishing to obtain a stenographic record shall make such arrangements
directly with the court reporter for such services and shall notify the other
parties of such arrangements in advance of the hearing. The requesting party or
parties shall bear all the costs of obtaining such a record.
(2) Any party may have a stenographic record
and transcript made of the final hearing at the party's own expense. The record
transcript may be used in subsequent legal proceedings subject to the
applicable rules of evidence.
