Fla. Admin. Code Ann. R. 61G19-9.009 - Advertising of Continuing Education Courses
(1) Course providers shall not advertise a
continuing education course as one approved by the Board until such approval is
officially granted by the Board.
(2) Course providers shall not include any
false or misleading information regarding the contents, instructors or number
of classroom hours of any course approved under this rule.
