Fla. Admin. Code Ann. R. 61G19-9.010 - Continuing Education Courses Required by Disciplinary Action
(1) Continuing education courses approved
under the provisions of this part shall satisfy final orders of the board
requiring continuing education as a disciplinary measure.
(2) The disciplined certificate holder shall
submit proof of completion of the required amount of continuing education to
the Board within the time stated in the final order.
