Fla. Admin. Code Ann. R. 62-17.115 - Informational Public Meetings
(1)
Any local government or regional planning council intending to conduct an
informational public meeting pursuant to Section
403.50663, F.S., shall
coordinate with the Department and the applicant in the scheduling of that
meeting, to assure availability of the Department and the applicant.
(2) In the informational public meetings, the
applicant and any other participating parties are encouraged to design their
presentations to inform the public of the details of the proposed power
plant.
(3) The format of the
meeting is at the discretion of the local government or regional planning
council. The local government or regional planning council is not required to
take votes or take a position on the proposed facility.
