Fla. Admin. Code Ann. R. 62-331.090 - Duration of Permits
Unless revoked or otherwise modified, the duration of a permit under this chapter is:
(1)
General permits shall be effective for a fixed term not to exceed five years as
provided in subsection
62-331.200(5),
F.A.C.
(2) The duration of
individual permits shall be specified in each permit and shall not exceed the
maximum timeframe allowable under federal law and reasonably necessary to
complete the project.
