Fla. Admin. Code Ann. R. 62-528.330 - Underground Injection Control: Response to Public Comment
At the time that a final permit is issued for Class I, Class III, and major Class V wells, the Department shall issue a written response to comments and make the response available to the public. This response shall:
(1) Specify which provisions,
if any, of the draft permit have been changed in the final permit decision, and
the reasons for the change; and
(2)
Briefly describe and respond to all significant comments on the draft permit
raised during the public comment period or any public
meeting.
