Fla. Admin. Code Ann. R. 62-560.700 - Corrective Action for Public Water Systems
(1) The Department may order the supplier of
water to take corrective action needed to meet any of the requirements in
Chapters 62-550, 62-555 and 62-560, F.A.C.
(2) The procedures in Rule
62-110.106, F.A.C., shall apply
to administrative enforcement actions taken pursuant to subsection (1),
above.
