Fla. Admin. Code Ann. R. 62-611.300 - General Qualitative Design Criteria
The discharge of reclaimed water to treatment or receiving wetlands shall:
(1) Minimize
channelized flow and maximize sheet flow in the wetland;
(2) Minimize the loss or dissolution of
sediments due to erosion or leaching; and,
(3) Not cause adverse effects on endangered
or threatened species.
