Fla. Admin. Code Ann. R. 62-780.400 - Professional Certifications
(1) Applicable
portions of technical documents submitted by the PRSR to the Department shall
be signed and sealed by a professional engineer registered pursuant to chapter
471, F.S., or a professional geologist registered pursuant to chapter 492,
F.S., certifying that the applicable portions of the technical document and
associated work comply with standard professional practices, this chapter and
other rules of the Department, and any other applicable laws and rules
governing the profession. If a laboratory report is submitted separately from
any other technical document submittal, this requirement shall not apply to
that laboratory report.
(2) Upon
completion of the approved remedial action, the Department shall require a
professional engineer registered pursuant to chapter 471, F.S., or a
professional geologist registered pursuant to chapter 492, F.S., to certify
that the applicable portions of the remedial action were, to the best of his or
her knowledge and ability, completed in accordance with this chapter and in
conformance with the plans and specifications approved by the
Department.
