Fla. Admin. Code Ann. R. 62C-17.006 - Minimum Size Reclamation Program
(1) To be acceptable for consideration, a
reclamation program must contain a contiguous land unit which constitutes the
following minimum fraction of the total parcel.

The Bureau may make exceptions to these minimums upon justification by the
landowner and a finding by the Bureau that due to unique circumstances, a
substantial regional benefit would result from the reclamation
proposed.
