Fla. Admin. Code Ann. R. 69A-37.063 - Cheating
(1) Any student who
has been determined to have cheated on any test or examination administered
under chapter 633, F.S., this rule chapter, or rule chapter 69A-39, F.A.C.,
shall be required to retake the course for which the student was determined to
have cheated before taking another examination.
(2) "Cheated on any test or examination"
means intentionally using any unapproved means, method, technique, document, or
instrumentality to take or challenge any test or examination administered by
the Florida State Fire College.
(3)
Any student alleged to have cheated on an examination against whom disciplinary
action is sought is subject to proceedings under chapter 120,
F.S.
