Fla. Admin. Code Ann. R. 69B-221.003 - Managing General Agents
(1)
All insurers regularly engaged in the bail bond business in this state must
appoint a managing general agent who is a licensed and appointed bail bond
agent in this state, and who is responsible for the supervision of its
appointed bail bond agents.
(2) The
records of all bail bonds written in this state must be made available within
48 hours after being requested by the Department. Failure to provide these
records within 48 hours after request by the Department will result in the
penalties provided by Rule
69B-241.110, Florida
