Fla. Admin. Code Ann. R. 69C-5.009 - Implementation Plan

(1) The implementation plan for changes finally recommended shall be prepared by the Agency with the supervision of the Cash Manager within a time to be agreed upon by the Cash Manager and Agency not to exceed 90 days from the delivery of the final recommendations.

(2) The implementation plan shall include but shall not be limited to:

(a) A listing of procedures to be performed;

(b) A timetable for performance; and,

(c) Designation of person responsible for performance.

(3) The Agency may utilize the Cash Manager during implementation for the following:

(a) Develop bid specifications for outside services.

(b) Provide training.

(c) Troubleshoot problems that may arise.
