Fla. Admin. Code Ann. R. 69K-24.032 - Inspection Criteria for Refrigeration Services
Each refrigeration service shall be inspected prior to the issuance and renewal of its license and shall meet the following criteria:
(1) Compliance with rule
69K-24.031, F.A.C.
(2) Either have on site or immediately
available sufficient sealed containers of a type required for the
transportation of bodies.
(3)
Maintain the premises in a clean and sanitary condition.
(4) Have Department of Environmental
Protection permits, when required.
(5) All signed contracts are to be retained
for a period of at least two years.
