Fla. Admin. Code Ann. R. 69K-24.033 - Duplicate License and Renewal Penalty Fees for Refrigeration Services
(1) The fee for each duplicate license shall
be $25. To obtain a duplicate license, a licensee must inform the department
that the licensee needs a duplicate license and pay the duplicate license fee
to the department.
(2) The renewal
penalty fee for a delinquent license shall be $50.00.
