(1) The following tables are hereby adopted and incorporated by reference:

(g) 1985 NAIC Cancer Claim Cost Tables;

(h) 1959 Accidental Death Benefits Table;

(i) 1987 Commissioners Group Disability Income Table;

(j) 1983 Group Annuity Mortality Table.
