Fla. Admin. Code Ann. R. 69O-193.035 - Certificate of Occupancy
(1) Where a
certificate of occupancy is required by Chapter 651, F.S., a temporary
certificate of occupancy may be acceptable if it does not conditionally
preclude the residents from occupying a structure.
(2) A provider shall not require a resident
to occupy a unit before the provider obtains a certificate of occupancy as
required by law.
