Fla. Admin. Code Ann. R. 69O-197.006 - Insurance Administrator Annual Statement

(1) An annual statement and a $250 filing fee shall be filed with the Office within 3 months after the end of the insurance administrator's fiscal year on Form OIR-A3-975, "Annual Statement," effective 7/23, hereby incorporated by reference and available at http://www.flrules.org/Gateway/reference.asp?No=Ref-16048.

(2) All forms submitted for review or approval shall be submitted electronically to http://www.floir.com/iportal.
