Fla. Stat. § 5E-14.1471 - Registry of Persons Requiring Prior Notification of the Application of Pesticides
(1) In accordance
with Section 482.2267, F.S., the department
shall maintain a current registry of persons requiring prior notification of
the application of pesticides.

The Application for Prior Notification of Pesticide Applications, FDACS-13609,
Rev. 03/25, is hereby adopted and incorporated by reference and available
online at https://flrules.org/Gateway/reference.asp?No=Ref-17963.
