Fla. Stat. § 5J-28.008 - Enforcement
(1) The
department may take one or more of the following actions against an operator
for any violation of section
366.94, F.S. or this rule
chapter:
(a) Issuance of a warning
letter.
(b) Imposition of an
administrative fine in the Class II category pursuant to section
570.971,
F.S.
(2) If the
department determines that an electric vehicle charging station or any charging
station equipment presents a threat to the public health, safety, or welfare,
the department may issue an immediate final order prohibiting the use of the
charging station or any portion thereof.
