Ga. Comp. R. & Regs. R. 110-11-1-.01 - Purpose

The Official Code of Georgia Annotated (O.C.G.A.) Section 8-2-20et seq. sets forth the state minimum standard codes. Furthermore, O.C.G.A. Section 8-2-23 provides that the Department of Community Affairs may from time to time revise and amend the state minimum standard codes.
