Ga. Comp. R. & Regs. R. 120-3-27-.11 - Rebuilt and Modified Rides
If an amusement ride is materially rebuilt or so modified as to change its original action:
(a) The
ride shall be re-identified by a different name or identification number or
both;
(b) The ride shall be subject
to all other provisions of this Chapter as if it were a new ride not previously
used.
