Ga. Comp. R. & Regs. R. 120-3-27-.24 - Walkways and Ramps
(1)
Walkways and ramps shall be erected with a slope not greater than one in ten
except that when approved nonslip surfaces are provided, the grade may be
increased to a maximum of one in eight.
(2) Elevators, Dumbwaiters, Escalators and
Moving Walks, ANSI/ASME Code 17.1 latest adopted version is hereby adopted as a
rule and all future amendments shall be accepted as adopted.

(3) Each owner of an amusement
ride which uses an elevator, escalator or moving walk as part of ride shall
comply with (2) above.
