This Regulation for manufactured and mobile homes is made and promulgated by the Georgia Safety Fire Commissioner pursuant to his authority set forth in O.C.G.A. §§ 8-2-132, 8-2-133, 25-2-4, 33-2-9, and 50-13-21.
