Ga. Comp. R. & Regs. R. 267-26-.04 - The General Scope and Purpose of the Grant Program

The scope of the Trust Fund is to provide grant funding to permanently protect land and water, or interests therein, that is in its undeveloped, natural state or that has been developed only to an extent that does not interfere with its conservation value.
