Original Rule entitled "Amendment of Minor Errors on Birth Certificates During the First Year" was filed on May 18, 1983; effective June 17, 1983, as specified by the Agency. Repealed: New Rule entitled "Permits for Disposition, Disinterment and Reinterment" adopted. F. Feb. 23, 1993; eff. Mar. 15, 1993. Repealed: F. Sep. 20, 2013; eff. Oct. 10, 2013.
