Original Rule entitled "Severability" was adopted as ER. 290-1-7-0.15-.07. F. and eff. Apr. 22, 1999, the date of adoption, to remain in effect for 120 days or until the effective date of a permanent Rule covering the same subject matter superseding this ER. is adopted, as specified by the Agency. Amended. Permanent Rule of the same title adopted. F. Jul. 23, 1999; eff. Aug. 12, 1999. Repealed: F. Dec. 7, 2020; eff. Dec. 27, 2020.
