Ga. Comp. R. & Regs. R. 290-2-21-.01 - Location

(1) The Maternity Home shall be located advantageously to medical services, to transportation, to churches, to shopping districts, and to recreation resources.
(2) No Maternity Home shall be located in an area in which industries or rooming houses predominate.
