Ga. Comp. R. & Regs. R. 375-5-6-.31 - Pending Charges Against Owners and Instructors

(1) If the applicant is charged with any offense that would result in ineligibility for certification if convicted, the application shall be denied until the disposition is provided.
(2) If, after certification, a person is charged with any offense for which a conviction would result in ineligibility for Certification, the Certification shall be suspended pending disposition of such charge. If the person is convicted of such charge, the Certification shall be revoked.
