Ga. Comp. R. & Regs. R. 391-3-13-.16 - Spills

All spills of oil, petroleum productssalt-water, hydraulic fracturing fluids, flowback, produced water, and other waste water shall be reported and handled in accordance with the Georgia Water Quality Control Act, the Georgia Oil and Gas and Deep Drilling Act of 1975, as amended, and any other applicable federal, state, and municipal laws, ordinances and regulations.
