Ga. Comp. R. & Regs. R. 391-4-3-.15 - Hour
(1) It is lawful to
fish in trout waters designated in Rule
391-4-3-.03(3) 24
hours a day; provided, however, that the Conasauga River watershed upstream of
the Georgia-Tennessee state line, that portion of Smith Creek on Unicoi State
Park and the Chattahoochee River downstream of Lake Lanier are open to fishing
only between 30 minutes before sunrise and 30 minutes after sunset during
daylight hours.
(2) It is lawful to
fish in Dockery Lake and Rock Creek Lake only between 30 minutes before sunrise
and 30 minutes after sunset during daylight hours. Except as otherwise provided
by law, rule or regulation, fishing in all other impoundments is permitted 24
hours a day.
