Ga. Comp. R. & Regs. R. 40-13-12-.08 - Enforcement Procedures

(1) When a license, registration, or permit is suspended or revoked by the Department, all licenses, registrations or permits held by that person shall be suspended or revoked.

(2) Any person found guilty of violations of these regulations shall be guilty of a misdemeanor in addition to having this license revoked.
