Ga. Comp. R. & Regs. R. 40-4-3-.12 - Revocation of Certification
(1) The Commissioner may deny or revoke
approval of certification, and may recall outstanding certificates for cause,
including but not limited to:
(a) any
violation of these or other regulations of the Department,
(b) the use of certificates on any plants for
which the Department either has not approved, has denied, or has revoked
certification,
(c) infectious plant
diseases, nematodes, injurious insects, or excessive insect damage,
(d) poor physical condition of
plants,
(e) fields too grassy or
weedy to afford a dependable inspection,
(f) the use of any labeling so worded as to
be confused with an official certificate,
(g) failure to pay certification fees when
due, or
(h) severe
clipping.
