This regulation governs the operation of the OneGeorgia Equity Fund Program as established by the OneGeorgia Authority (O.C.G.A. 50-34-1) through its resolution adopted on October 6, 2000. In said resolution, the One Georgia Authority authorized the Department of Community Affairs (hereinafter referred to as "agent") as the implementing entity for purposes of the Equity Fund Program's operation and administration.
