The Georgia State Board of Pharmacy consists of eight (8) members who are commissioned by the Governor. The public may obtain information from the Board, and make submissions and requests to the Board by contacting the Executive Director of the State Board of Pharmacy at the Department of Community Health, 2 Martin Luther King, Jr. Drive SE, East Tower, 11th Floor, Atlanta, GA 30334.
