Original Rule entitled "Motor Fuel Form Used by a Licensed Distributor to Report the Motor Fuel Sold or Used by Him During a Given Month Giving a Breakdown by Counties" adopted. F. and eff. June 30, 1965. Repealed: F. Oct. 5, 1978; eff. Dec. 31, 1978, as specified by the Agency. Amended: New Rule entitled "Motor Fuel Form of Distributor's Bonds" adopted. F. Dec. 3, 1979; eff. Jan. 1, 1980, as specified by the Agency. Repealed: F. Jan. 26, 2005; eff. Feb. 15, 2005.
