Original Rule was filed and effective on May 13, 1975 as Emergency Rule 570-19-0.4-.01, entitled "Emergency Rule Providing for the Use of the Form DPS-32, Uniform Traffic Citation, Summons, Accusation," to remain in effect for a period of 120 days or until the adoption of a permanent Rule covering the same subject matter superseding this Emergency Rule, as specified by the Agency.
Amended: Emergency Rule repealed and permanent Rule entitled "Rule Providing for the Use of the Form DPS-32, Uniform Traffic Citation, Summons, Accusation" adopted. Filed August 8, 1975; effective August 28, 1975.
