Ga. Comp. R. & Regs. R. 570-38-3-.03 - Operation or Advertisement as a Household Goods Carrier without a Certificate
(1) No person or entity to whom or to which this Subchapter applies shall operate as or hold itself out to be a household goods carrier without first obtaining a household goods carrier certificate from the Department in accordance with Subchapter 2 of this Chapter.
(2) The Department may assess any penalty authorized by law upon finding that any person or entity is operating or holding itself out as a household goods carrier without a certificate in violation of O.C.G.A. §§
40-1-56 or 40-1-129.
