The Secretary of State serves as Ex Officio member of the following:

(a) Claims Advisory Board (Chairman);

(b) State Election Board (Chairman);

(c) Governor's Committee on Interstate Cooperation;

(d) State Properties Commission (Secretary);

(e) State Records Committee;

(f) Commission on the Preservation of the State Capitol;

(g) State Commission on the Condemnation of Public Property;

(h) Constitutional Amendment Committee; and

(i) Capitol Art Standards Commission.
