Ga. Comp. R. & Regs. R. 590-4-9-.04 - Administrative Declaratory Rulings; No-Action Letters; Informal Interpretations; Fees

(1) Administrative declaratory rulings, no-action letters and informal interpretations shall be in accordance with Code Section 10-5-1et seq. and Rules and Regulations of the State of Georgia Chapter 590-4.

(2) The Commissioner may establish and charge fees for the issuance of any declaratory ruling, no-action letter, or informal interpretation.
