Ga. Comp. R. & Regs. R. 590-4-9-.06 - Contested Cases

Contested cases shall be heard by the Commissioner or his or her designated representative pursuant to the Georgia Administrative Procedure Act and shall be conducted in accordance with the procedures provided therein, procedures set forth in Code Sections 10-5-1et seq., 10-5A-28 and the Rules and Regulations of the State of Georgia Chapter 590-4.
