Original Rule entitled "Special Permit Authorized by Act No. 558 of 1983 General Assembly," was filed on April 27, 1983, as Emergency Rule 672-1-0.20-.09; effective April 21, 1983, the date of adoption, to remain in effect for a period of 120 days or until the effective date of a permanent Rule covering the same subject matter superseding their Emergency Rule, as specified by the Agency. Amended: Emergency Rule 672-1-0.20-.09 repealed and Emergency Rule 672-1-0.21-.09, of the same title, adopted. Filed July 6, 1983; effective July 5, 1983, the date of adoption, to remain in effect for a period of 120 days or until the effective date of a permanent Rule covering the same subject matter superseding this Emergency Rule, as specified by the Agency. Amended: Emergency Rule 672-1-0.21-.09 repealed and a permanent Rule of the same title adopted. Filed September 26, 1983; effective October 16, 1983. Amended: Rule repealed. Filed October 14, 1988; effective November 3, 1988.
